By utilising the SEO services provided by Studio Upstream (Part of PEH GROUP LTD.), you agree to adhere to and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
Studio Upstream offers SEO and related services, encompassing but not limited to ecommerce SEO, technical SEO, national SEO and SEO audits. The scope of services will be detailed in a separate agreement between Studio Upstream and the client.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment terms and fees for SEO services will be explicitly outlined in the project agreement. Clients are accountable for making payments as agreed upon in the project terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, content, and feedback as stipulated in the project agreement. Delays or changes initiated by the client may impact project timelines and costs.
5. Ownership and Copyright
Upon complete payment, the client owns the rights to the content and deliverables produced for them. Studio Upstream retains the right to showcase the completed work in portfolios and promotional materials.
6. Confidentiality
Studio Upstream and the client mutually agree to uphold the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Studio Upstream (PEH GROUP LTD.) is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the website or related services, such as SEO. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance or success of the client’s business/es and website/s.
8. Changes to Terms
Studio Upstream reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Clients will be provided with updated terms for any ongoing projects.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe and Bulgaria.
