Austpek Bathrooms is a luxury Australian bathroom retailer selling vanities, smart toilets, baths, showers and premium brands such as TOTO.
Organic visibility had been declining gradually. 41 priority pages had lost around 2,600 clicks, hundreds of old URLs were returning errors, and many collection variations used near-identical content. The goal was to recover that traffic, strengthen the collection pages that drive revenue and build visibility in AI search.
A full review of technical SEO, organic performance, AI search readiness and authority. Findings were organised into a central SEO hub, with a 140-topic content roadmap and 168 link opportunities identified.
Redirected more than 250 broken URLs, recovered thousands of broken internal links, restructured 133 articles into the right categories and cut homepage HTML size from 1.3MB to 600KB.
Mapped 440 collection pages to their search intent, wrote more than 190 short introductions and fully reoptimised 29 key collection, product and article pages.
Reviewed 660 filtered collection pages against demand, rankings, revenue and conversions, and identified 70 priority collections to build in stages.
Built a content map around bathroom categories and brands, and kept improving the guides already earning traffic, such as the smart toilet and vanity height articles.
Tracked 100 priority prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Gemini, and built collections and guides to be cited.
Since the campaign started in June, the number of keywords ranking in Google’s top 3 has more than doubled, from 116 to 237, and total ranking keywords grew from 9,165 to 11,187. Organic clicks over the latest three months were 40.7% higher than the previous three, and average position improved from 17.8 to 16.7.
The growth came from both the commercial collections and the guides that support them.

Alongside traditional rankings, we are building visibility in AI search. Google’s Generative AI impressions have reached 149K, with daily impressions growing from around 250 in May to 2,131 on 28 September.
The number of keywords appearing in Google AI Overviews grew from 8 in June to 219, and Microsoft Copilot citations grew 44% in a month.

Visibility is growing across Google, Bing and ChatGPT, not just one platform.
Over the last 90 days, Google organic revenue grew 25.55% to $352,006.40, from $280,379.12 in the previous 90 days, on 42.4% more organic sessions. Google organic key events grew from 355 to 1,642.
Revenue from ChatGPT-related traffic grew even faster, up 73.71% to $34,388, with product pages bringing in the sales. The TOTO collection shows how visibility and revenue moved together.

This is a snapshot of an ongoing campaign. The technical foundations are in place and the collection pages are being rebuilt in stages: more than 190 short introductions are live, 29 key pages have been fully reoptimised and 70 priority collections are next in the pipeline.
We are also expanding visibility across Google, Bing and ChatGPT while tracking revenue page by page.
